I've spent over a decade in the trenches of tech leadership - from building DevOps systems at Slalom and contributing to AWS re:Invent 2016, to scaling customer success at Mighty AI (closing $2M+ in bookings), to managing 12+ engineers at Uber's Advanced Technologies Group, to leading complex autonomous vehicle programs at Aurora Innovation, to driving privacy initiatives as an AIML Senior Product Manager at Apple.
But here's what really matters: Throughout this journey, I kept asking myself, "How do we help people do their best work?" That question led me to pursue a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue (3.93 GPA) and become an ICF-PCC certified coach. I founded ManKind, a men's emotional awareness group, and started coaching professionals through career transitions, leadership challenges, and personal growth.
