About Mark

I spent a decade inside the machine. Now I help you master it.

My career ran through some of the hardest rooms in tech: leading AI/ML programs in big tech and autonomy at Uber ATG and Aurora Innovation, plus consulting for teams at Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. From startups to the largest companies in the world, I know what the bar feels like because I helped set it.

But the work that changed me was understanding people. I earned a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and became an ICF-PCC certified coach with more than 1,000 hours of practice, so I could pair real technical credibility with genuine psychological depth.

I've written two books: Learning My Own Name, on identity and growth, and Save 10 Hours with AI, on working smarter. I also founded ManKind, a men's emotional-awareness community. It all points the same direction: helping people grow into who they want to be, at work and beyond.
